Returns to us must be sent with PostNord and must be trackable. We cannot accept returns from carriers other than PostNord. It does not need to be a business parcel; you can send it to a service point and we will collect it once a week.

Bring the items, order number, and preferably the packing slip/order confirmation so we can easily find the right case.
Pack the return correctly
- Preferably use the same box the items arrived in.
- Remove or cover the old shipping label.
- Include the packing slip, order confirmation, or a note with the order number in the box.
- Pack the items so the original packaging and product are not damaged during transport.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return, we issue the refund via Klarna/Kustom.
